Terms, Conditions and Returns Policy
Goods are not supplied on a trial basis, or 'on approval'.
WE DO NOT SUPPLY RETAILERS OR EXPORTING COMPANIES. (orders will be cancelled and refunded)
Unlike UK schools/nurseries, private purchasers DO NOT automatically have the right to publicly perform our works, and should refer to 'Paragraph B' of our online document HERE which explains that an additional royalty fee (currently £12) applies to enable private purchasers to license the public performance of one of our works. However, this fee is waived for purchasing UK schools/nurseries, who should refer to 'Paragraph A' of the online document above.
You may return our goods, unused and in perfect condition, up to 14 days after receiving them. If you wish to do so, you agree to inform us in advance. You must also use the original protective packaging (or similar), and pay for all return postage/packing costs yourself, unless goods are deemed faulty at the time of receipt. Please check any accompanying CDs immediately and report any errors to us within 7 days of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights. Any electronic files (lyrics/scripts etc.) that we supply remain under our copyright and may be used only by the purchasing individual or institution, and must not be published/posted on the internet.
We are not currently VAT registered and so VAT will not be applied to your order.
We reserve the right to refuse to sell to any person of our choice and, in that case, will refund any pre-payment they have made.
